Buhari is to be blamed for Nigeria's recession - Pat Utomi 

Prof. Pat Utomi, has blamed the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari for the economic challenges facing the country. Utomi on Wednesday said those attributing the recession to the fall in crude oil price were bad managers. He said the government of Buhari should have been futuristic in budget planning and management of resources.
